The quality is excellent, the packaging was great, and assembly was very simple—one person could put it together in no time. The wood has no odor at all, which makes it very reassuring for the baby. The bed also looks very stylish and is highly practical. The height of the bed is adjustable, and the wheels at the bottom make it easy to move, and they are very quiet. The free gifts included are also of high quality. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase! Customer service representative Helen was also very helpful, answering all questions patiently. This baby crib is excellent. It arrived with no odor, and the craftsmanship is very detailed, with no rough edges. I did quite a bit of research online beforehand, and it seems the research paid off. The most important thing is the safety for the baby. I originally thought it would need to air out, but it was ready to use right away, which was a pleasant surprise. The mattress is also good; one side is firm and the other side is soft, giving you options. Helen was very helpful.
